Emotional Check-In

Some days you may want to simply give students the opportunity to reflect on the emotions they have felt that week or are currently feeling. This means they will need some quiet time and some emotional prompts. This could be a list of emotions and the opportunity to to choose a few to write about or it could be one emotion and you ask students to think of a time when they have felt it. This could be written or spoken individually, in pairs or groups.
